The History of LDO The organization was founded in November 17th 2002, by Mr. Babatunde Ashaye because of his vision and undiluted passion for youth development. Leadership development organization is an organization that has focused is ethutiasism on current situation of this society. We quite understand that the problems of our society are enormous. Basically the area of leadership is the most challenging and we have taken it upon ourselves to take giant steps that will cause a change in our generation. Knowing that all these are not what a person can do, we have taken it upon ourselves at leadership development organization accenting to the challenges and eradication of social menaces. The greatest need of man is leadership in this 21st century. The only thing that will sustain and hold our global value system is when we have brilliant and sharp mind in any leadership position. War, crisis can always surface, when the people in leadership position make qualitative decisions. Leadership is all about making quality decisions, taking the lead to positive greatness, breaking new grounds and conquering new territory. So, Leadership Development Organization is out to help discover, sharpen and utilize their hidden potential in order to add value to the world.

Our Objectives

1. We help young people to discover their purpose and assignments in life which will set them perpetually on the path of leadership and all round success.
2. We help young people maximize and set ablaze these potential in them since we believe everybody is born with things some people are looking for.
3. Equipping and training them to become productive and efficient leaders that have ever lived. Leaders with vision, those that will powerfully take over the word power and add value to every sector of human endeavor.
4. We also enlighten young people on devastating global ills. E.g. HIV/AIDS, STD, Drug Abuse, Cultism.

Methodology:

1. We Organize life transforming seminars in Secondary Schools, tertiary institutions and communities for the purpose of building them up for their future. Topics like Leadership principles, career building, Success tactics, pre marital sex, and many more.
2. We plant our clubs in Secondary Schools and tertiary institutions.
3. We write article, books, to disseminate our message to the general public periodically.
